XJ5 Released for Public Service

The HGMR has announced today their plans to release a number of their controlled experimental humans, known as XJ5s into twenty cities across New America as part of a new initiative to combat casher related crime. These genetically modified human soldiers will assist with Border Patrol to keep cashers in their own restricted areas, promoting a crime-free environment for law abiding, tax paying legitimates.

“A Valuable Asset”

While the HGMR openly admit that the XJ5 is a dangerous weapon, steps are being taken to ensure the safety of every citizen. Special personnel known as XJ5 Handlers are being trained to control these often volatile genetic experiments, ensuring maximum safety for our citizens. There is no denying that the XJ5 will become a valuable asset to our thinly stretched law enforcement teams. The HGMR have assured political leaders that the XJ5s are obedient and compliant, but they have also taken every precaution to ensure that the specially trained XJ5 Handlers are well equipped with the means to immobilise the XJ5 should a dangerous situation present itself.

A spokesperson for the HGMR said, “For a long time now our country has been struggling with crimes committed primarily by the cash society. Good, legitimate, law-abiding citizens suffer every day at the hands of these unwanted immigrants. Crimes committed by the cash population are at a record high, and the Border Patrol is struggling to keep them in their own zones and out of our clean and respectable legitimate only spaces. The XJ5 will be an additional deterrent to cashers who venture into legitimate spaces to beg, steal, or cheat the system. It is our hope that the XJ5 can help to maintain an upstanding and peaceful society for the true citizens of New America.
